Second, instead of processed foods, make sure the sugar your body is consuming comes from fruit.

Sugar found in fruit is natural compared to processes sugar. Because of the pulp and fiber found in fruit, you can increase digestion and elimination. Your blood sugars won’t increase as fast when you ingest natural sugars verses processed sugars. Processed foods can partake in spiking your blood sugar level causing you to crash rapidly, which can lead to other health problems.

To lose 5 pounds in a week, follow these exercises.

Squating is the first exercise. A while back, I’ve read that doing squats is a good way to lose weight and stay in shape. Using your whole body, squats can help increase your weight lost results.Don’t brush these off as being too easy.You might want to start with 25 or 50, but get yourself up to doing 100 to 200 each day.  It won’t be easy doing squats.  They are excellent in helping you lose weight fast.

The next exercise may sound a little unorthodox but give it a try anyways! Just as you would see a child do, spin in a circle. Spin 15 to 20 times until you start to feel dizzy. Why do this? How does spinning help you lose 5 pounds in a week? You can balance your endocrine system by spinning around in circles. To lose weight, balance you endocrine system and even out your hormone levels. You might be surprised if you try this out for the next few days, you might start to feel different.
