Consider making your goal a particular size of clothes, rather than a particular number on the scale. Completely ignore the scale. Everyone has a different body type and therefore a different weight. Since everyone’s body is different, trying to hit a specific weight can cause needless anxiety. Use your clothes to gauge your progress rather than the scales.
Exercise is not negotiable when you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you have a set time each day for exercise. Make a note of the times you chosen to exercise so that you don’t schedule something else that derails your plans.
