There is no point complaining that you can’t get rid of thigh fat, if your diet consists of a lot of junk food. You need to change the way that you get your calories. Stop taking them from food you know isn’t good for you, and start taking them from more healthy food.
Doing exercise is the next step for you. The one thing that you need to realise is that your legs are the biggest and strongest muscles in your body. Doing to little exercise for them will get you only minimal results.
There is cardio training exercises which you can do for your thigh fat. You could use equipment such as a ski machine, bike, rowing machine or cross trainer to help lose the fat from your thighs. However if you really want to get faster results, you will need to take it to the next level. This means using weights.
Don’t use the very tiny little dumbells which usually come in nice happy colours. Make sure you are not training with too light a weight as you are not going to get any results at all. You need a set of dumbbells that are going to make it hard to get 12 reps out of any exercise. Not only will it help you lose the weight from your thighs, you only need to do it for a short session. You will find it difficult.
You need to have the dumbbells down by your sides and do ten squats. Don’t take a break after you have done this, exercise each leg with ten lunges. After you have completed the lunges repeat the squats again before having a couple of minutes rest. Repeat this 2 more times.
When you get to the position where it is easy for you, increase the amount of weight you are lifting. It is best if you can do this three times a week, but if it becomes too much cut it back to twice weekly. Mixing the weight exercises with the cardio will help you to get rid of fat thighs.
