Recipe for Detox Diet

The lemon detox diet contains water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and natural maple syrup. The cayenne pepper works by speeding up the body’s metabolism. Getting rid of the toxins in the body is what the lemon juice does.

Two table spoons of lemon juice is mixed with a glass of water. Eight ounces of water should be good enough for the whole mix. One thing you have to ensure is that you get all natural fresh lemon juice since your whole aim is to rid yourself of toxins. When it comes to the cayenne pepper, you only need a small amount. Probably around 1/10th of a teaspoon is enough to do the job. When it comes to the natural maple syrup, you need about two table spoons. Again, keep in mind that the diet is meant to cleanse your body from toxins. Hence, solid foods are not necessary during the whole course of the diet.

If you don’t feel like doing the detox diet, other ways on losing weight quickly are also available. There is also another liquid diet that gives you the option to eat solid foods. Known as the meal replacement liquid diet, this diet replaces one of your big meals with liquids or protein shakes. The maximum amount of meal you can replace with liquid is two so don’t try to do anything more. This is called a low calorie liquid diet and is only prescribed for obese people. It’s only done under the supervision of a physician because the diet significantly lowers a person calorie intake. However, if you intend on undergoing any diet type, it’s ideal that you first consult a physician.

Of course, you must also consider exercises if you really want to learn how to quickly lose weight. Regardless of what diet type you take on, it is important that you allow a certain amount of physical activity. However, very minimal exercise is needed for the lemon detox diet.

It is guaranteed that these diet methods will help a person lose weight. However, keep in mind that after losing weight, you should be able to maintain that achievement. Once you’ve got your ideal weight, then you can start eating properly and maintaining exercises.
