Confusion on Abdominal Abs
Posted at by ifydcat on category weight lossThe abdominal abs are one of the least understood muscle groups in the body. Have you ever been searching the web to find a great abdominal workout? It is quite simply baffling how everyone is telling you to do something different and you can’t follow both plans at once. And that’s just the abdominal abs workout portion, don’t even get me started on the insanity around your nutrition!
They can’t all be right, in fact, most of them have to be wrong…right? Two thirds of all adults in the US were measured to be overweight, half of that to be obese according to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2001 to 2004. Since then I’m guessing those statistics have changed for the worse, despite the wide variety of fat loss options offered.
Be honest with yourself, how many times have you bought one of those gimmicks not because you thought they would work, but because you hoped they would? It’s like playing Russian roulette with your body and all but one chamber is loaded. Most are designed to rob you and have you back on that couch, depressed, icecream in hand in under a week.
Stop falling for it. On the other hand you should be able to recognize gold when you see it and use it. A silver bullet only has magic powers if you fire it.
A good abdominal abs program will always include both a nutritional aspect and a physical aspect. If you’re seeking something that is lacking either, you won’t see any worthwhile results. It may be tough to hear, but the simple truth will save you time, money, and your fair share of disappointments
Don’t give up on your quest for ripped abdominal abs though, all is not lost. You must first, however, clear your head of all the garbage information you’ve been spoonfed for years. It will be tough, but you need to be an open slate for any program you’re going to undertake. You must follow the program to the letter and believe it will succeed. I know for a fact Truth About Abs works, so I believe that’d be a great place to start your journey. It’s already helped thousands and will work for you too.
Good luck.
