* If you can start swimming at your local pool or where you can use one. Swimming is great for your arms as the water provides resistance as you stroke through.
* Buy some weights so you can start doing some effective shoulder presses. To correctly do these, push the weight towards the ceiling from your shoulder and slowly using resistance to move them down.
* Hand pushes are effective exercises that work your triceps. As hard as you can, push your palms together. Make sure you leave your hands at shoulder height and push against them as long as you can.
* Arm circles are also very efficient as it forces your upper arms to do small and large circles. Complete the circles back and forth to get the most out of the exercise.
