Avoid Sugar and Fat:

The love handle area is likely to fatten before other areas as it is a common fat storage area.

As this is a sad fact you’ll should try to watch your diet. Avoid the foods that are just too fatty like Greasy take away etc. You don’t need to completely overhaul your diet, just keep an eye on the sugar and bad fats you eat.

Don’t forget the cardio:

Cardio exercises like jogging or cycling are a great way to keep your excess calories being stored as fat. There’s no better way to stay energised than regular exercise.Nothing removes stress better than some good exercise.

Lift those weights:

Weight lifting should be a part of your workout routine. Bigger muscles = Increased fat burning = Reduced lover handles. You should lift weights between 3 and 6 times a week. Start of slow and add more as you improve. If you lift weight on a regular basis you will see great improvements in your health and decrease body fat.

Target the area with exercise:

You can’t spot reduce fat but you can try and build muscle and increase energy expenditure to reduce overall fat levels. Try doing abs and hip workouts to strengthen your core. Do workouts that increase muscle mass near your love handle area.

Stay on Track:

Consistency is key here, the most perfect workout routine won’t help if you give up after a few days. Accept that it will take some time to lose all your unwanted fat but it will happen if you keep focused. There will be times when you feel like giving in, but you need to stay focused on your goals and think how good you’ll feel when you accomplish them. To keep on track you can do some simple things like write out your goals and read them every day or put a picture of your dream body on your wall so you can remind yourself of your goals.

Losing those love handles is going to require consistent work on your part but just imagine when you reach your goal and you have nice, trim hips. Hold on to that vision and make it come true.
